From initial planning and beverage coordination to event-day execution and final cleanup, we take care of the details behind the bar so you can focus on enjoying your celebration.

 

Thoughtful Planning From Start to Finish

  • We work closely with each client to understand their event, guest count, beverage preferences, budget, style, and overall vision. We help coordinate the bar and beverage details, establish clear expectations, and ensure everything needed for a smooth service is accounted for before the event begins.

  • We also communicate throughout the planning process and coordinate with venue managers, event planners, caterers, coordinators, and other vendors as needed to ensure everyone is on the same page.

 

More Than Just a Bartender

Our standard service is designed to provide an above-average level of preparedness and professionalism. Basic bartending supplies are included, so you aren't left scrambling for the little things that keep a bar running smoothly.

Standard supplies include:

  • Cups and appropriate barware

  • Cocktail napkins

  • Ice — up to two coolers

  • Professional bartending tools and equipment

  • Essential bar service supplies

  • Event-day preparation and organization

  • Coordination with venue and event staff

  • Thorough bar setup and breakdown

We also pride ourselves on being prepared for the unexpected. Whether a venue is under-supplied, details have been overlooked, or an unforeseen issue arises, we approach the situation with professionalism and solutions rather than adding stress to your day.

 

Clear Communication. Professional Service.

  • From the initial consultation through event day, communication is a priority. We establish clear expectations regarding responsibilities, supplies, beverage needs, setup, service, and breakdown.

  • On the day of your event, we coordinate directly with the venue manager, event manager, planner, coordinator, caterer, and other vendors when needed to keep the beverage service running smoothly.

  • When the celebration is over, we don't simply pack up and leave.

We leave your bar and service area cleaner than we found it.

Guidelines Of 
Service

  • Guests are not permitted to self-serve alcohol beverages once a bartender is on site.

  • All bartenders are ABC licensed and reserve the right to refuse alcohol to any guest. that shows signs of inebriation and/or providing alcoholic beverages to minors.

  • Should circumstances arise

    • Bartender will offer a non-alcohol beverage

      • Notify venue management and/or security if present.

      • Notify Client or POC of situation and/or of any guests in need of supervision and to ensure the individual has a designated driver.

      • Request transportation for individual if  a designated driver is not available.

      • Police may be contacted if  situation escalates and deemed necessary

  • Remember, we are guests of the venue/facility as well; so any requests and /or refusal of service to any guest (s) by the venue must be upheld and our bartender must comply. This includes but not limited to shut down of the bar.

  • The Gilded Cauldron & Co values our Bartenders, Clients and their guests and their safety is always a priority. Bartender's have the right to shut down the bar if  conditions arise that are deemed unsafe.
